It took 4 separate appointments to finally get the recall done on my vehicle. The first three appointments instead of the service center letting me know they didn’t have the part or couldn’t get to my car th done on my vehicle. The first three appointments instead of the service center letting me know they didn’t have the part or couldn’t get to my car that day due to a lack of technicians they allowed the car to sit there all day. Better communication should have been happening on their part. The moment the service center found out they couldn’t get to my car on the three previous appointments they should have called to let me know instead of having to call myself at 4pm each appointment to find out they hadn’t done anything to my car. I took days off of work and lost income due to their lack of professionalism and communication. More

Check in was easy! Partnpf the service was for a recall part replacement from a couple of years ago and they had both prts.and were able to take care of it within the service time window I thought the oil part replacement from a couple of years ago and they had both prts.and were able to take care of it within the service time window I thought the oil change and alignment would take Well done!
