Unhappy Customer, I wish there was a way to correct this kind of problem but we are at the mercy of the manufacture and can only provide the warranty replacement parts that they supply. The camera that was in your car has been discontinued. I appreciate your frustration as the new camera seems to have a lesser functionality. As soon as I became aware of the issue I offered to replace your blown tire at our cost even though it wasn’t covered under warranty. Hopefully by now he has communicated this to you.
