After 4 days i had to call to find out the status, they returned my truck claiming they had to order parts for 1 of the 3 problems i brought it in for. They didn’t even bother to address 2 of my 3 warranty returned my truck claiming they had to order parts for 1 of the 3 problems i brought it in for. They didn’t even bother to address 2 of my 3 warranty items. It has been almost 2 months and my truck is still not repaired and is still unsafe to drive above 70. Do i go to another dealer and start this process over? Who has time for that? Do i call them and beg for them to uphold their end of the contract by agreeing to fix my truck under warranty like i paid for? This is most likely my last Ford, im not going through this again. More
