Took in my truck for recalls and for other issues. It’s been over a month and still haven’t heard back regarding the parts needed. As a long haul driver who goes all over the country I have dealt with many dealerships because my company leases an Enterprise truck. Gosch Ford has been the only dealership that has charged Enterprise f have dealt with many dealerships because my company leases an Enterprise truck. Gosch Ford has been the only dealership that has charged Enterprise for a "repair" without actually fixing the issue. Trying to get in touch with personnel at Gosch Ford was a headache in itself.
