When Elsinore Ford first opened the people amazing I bout 2 cars from them, my parents bought 4 cars, had my services done there. Then they sold it, and everything changed, the service people looked like th 2 cars from them, my parents bought 4 cars, had my services done there. After that I refused to go there for service, I would drive 50 min away to another Ford dealer. I have not been to Elsinore Ford for at least 2 years. The only reason I went yesterday was because I received a coupon for 75 dollars off and I did not have time to drive to San Juan Ford. I went there yesterday and it reminded me of the origional dealership. The people looked professional, everyone was helpful and nice, when I called I was able to talk to someone and my questions were answered, great experience, plus they gave me a ride home and picked me up. I will give them a second chance More
