He was very polite, professional and easy to talk to. At no time did I feel pressured or unwelcome despite my comment to him that I was just looking: a pleasant change from my earlier experiences with both Drew Ford and El Cajon Ford. As things progressed I had an opportunity to meet and work with Perry Ford’s sales manager Doug P. Given the challenges he faced in managing through my circumstances he was always outgoing, very polite and professional. I was equally impressed with Perry Ford’s finance manager, Diego G. He was very outgoing, polite and professional. Both Doug and Diego took the extra time and made the effort to facilitate my needs and to provide the best possible purchasing experience. My overall experience at Perry Ford has been exceptional and not one that I will soon forget.
