Service appointment for my 2011 Enclave. One problem the check engine light is on hear are the codes. I need to have the code problem corrected. After inspecting the problem service provides an estimate to repair over $5,000. I review the estimate and reply back with. Nothing on this estimate is for my repair request. After a negotiation the check engine light will go out after a $1019 tune up. I gave the OK for the tune up. New tires etcetera would not turn of the check engine light. Is the check engine light off, No. Are the same fault codes that I brought the car in for still present, Yes. Did I get the repair I requested, No. Will I ever go back, No. Do I feel the need to wash after I drive by Abeloff Buick GMC, Yes. The slime is in the air. More

I will never go to Ableoff for a car again. Last year I bought a 12' Chevy Malibu form them and it has a blown moter already. When I when in to remove the over priced extended warrenty off my car they kept pushing me out the door saying they were busy. The last day I was their another customers came in complaining about a leak from his new vehicle the sales men told the guy he bought the car as is but we will look into it for you, than proceeded to laugh about the problem with his coworkers. This in not the place anyone should be buying a vehicle from. More
