I took my 09 Infiniti g37x in for a water intrusion problem leaking below my dashboard and onto the cabin floor in mid January of '26. The staff at Abeloff Nissan were polite and informed me of an issu problem leaking below my dashboard and onto the cabin floor in mid January of '26. The staff at Abeloff Nissan were polite and informed me of an issue they identified with a plugged filter running from my sunroof drains. They made it clear the sunroof drain hose was not the problem. They snipped out the filter and reassembled my dashboard, cost me roughly $850. Young tech reassembling my dash and working on the car left greasy fingerprints and xxxx lines all over the dash and upholstery. I was upset but chose not to mention it as I was never returning, its a long drive and everybody has to start somewhere. Fogged windows every night never dissipated, which I found concerning. Fast forward to the heavy rains of March and I have an inch of water on my passenger side floor, issue clearly wasn't the filter. I took it back, they quoted me $908 to replace the sunroof drain hose, which is attached to the filter they claimed the problem was last time. Gave me a $100 "discount" even though they were in the wrong. After tax its another $862.73. Five days of travel, ten hours of travel time, ~$1600, 20% of the cars value in a hose they said wasn't the problem but actually was, and labor. Not to mention waiting in the lobby for a few hours each time, I read half of Slaughterhouse Five and listened to the entirety of a seven hour podcast called S Town. Major waste of time and a huge mistake on my part going to a dealer for an annoying job I wrongfully assumed they would have experience fixing. I did not receive quality work, at a reasonable price, within a reasonable time frame. What angered me the most; however, was when I pulled out of the dealership, having been told jokingly "Respectfully, I don't want to see you again," was my heater not working. It screams like a jet engine and refuses to point at the floor, instead blowing at the windshield. I can't even bake the water out of the car with the heaters. The floor is so wet I can't even figure out how they can tell if the problem is fixed, the mats they put down are completely soaked. More
OK this is an update to warn people not to buy from Abeloff Nissan as I wrote in past I feel taken advantage of. I found out my trade in that they said went to a junk yard. they repaired the angle sensor & sold it for 3500. when I spoke to Nathaniel he said the person was lying. Then how did I get the name of the person that sold him the vehicle also. Now I put online I am selling my vehicle to another of the Abeloff dealerships, offered me 19,500, which means the sales manager Nathaniel is looking to make sure it sure seems pocket a few grand for himself. He told me he would not be able to get more than 17k for my vehicle and to take it back he wanted 6-7k. This doesn't sound too crooked, let alone I still feel I was overcharged to begin with. DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP!!! More
I purchased a Rogue the vehicle runs but I am going to be blunt they saw how I looked & did not try to talk me into a less expensive vehicle & yes I know it aint there job to but still then after I purchase blunt they saw how I looked & did not try to talk me into a less expensive vehicle & yes I know it aint there job to but still then after I purchase Vehicle I find out the Book value is 7k less than what I paid for it I was told due to my bad credit I paid more that is more of a reason not to sell me vehicle 7k is a xxxx of a lot of money let alone the 2k I paid towards my vehicle has not been given to bank towards my purchase even so xxx I called got excuses or did not get called back even so be careful if you plan on buying a vehicle here I wish I had someone to advice me not to buy it. btw the vehicle had 4k unexplained miles on it let alone at times the transmission feels bad. NOW WHEN I WENT TO THE DEALER THEY HAD EXCUSES & JUST TOLD ME TO DRIVE TO GET THE MILES THE SAME AS CARFAX REPORT AND THEY DID NOTHING TO VEHICLE BUT NOW ACCORDING TO CARFAX THEY DID AN INSPECTION OF VEHICLE & FAILED DUE TO WHEEL ALIGNMENT THEY NEVER TOUCHED THE VEHICLE LET ALONE INSPECT IT OR DID ANYTHING TO IT they did offer to buy it back if I paid them 6k LOL THEY ARE NOT TRUUSTWORTHY DO NOT BYE A VEHICLE FROM THEM RUN FOR YOUR LIFE! Purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle less than a year ago. I pull the front tire off to check the brake and notice there was a caliper mounting bolt missing. I contacted the dealership and spoke to Nate the sales manager to let him know what I found and that my daughter was driving this vehicle for almost a year in this condition. I asked Nate the sales manager to replace the bolt, he refused to replace a $10 Bolt and told me to get it myself. The most concerning part is that he did not even care that his mechanic missed this during a pre-sale inspection. He did offer up a bunch of excuses. I believe the customers always right I even had pictures to show him Nate did not care. Save your money and your stress go to Kelly Nissan instead they they are much better. And appreciate their customers. More
My family has purchased 5 new nissans from this dealer. We continue to take them all for service in the same dealer. While visiting our children in Florida I took the vehicle in for service at Alan Jay nissan in Sebring Fl. Shortly after dropping off the vehicle the service manager contacted us to advise us that they could not perform the service as our engine oil drain plug is stripped out. They explained we would have to pay 550 dollars to replace the oil pan in order to perform the service. We immediately contacted the service department at Abelloff as they are the people who have ever touched this vehicle. To our surprise they refused to cover the cost. Instead they advised us to bring the vehicle to Pennsylvania and there they would cover the repair for the damage they caused. We explained again that we are nearly 1100 miles away in Florida and being advised not to drive the vehicle as the drain plug could fall out while driving and possibly lead to catastrophic engine failure. Never would i have imagined this is how we would be treated. Once we return to Pennsylvania we fully plan on trading in this vehicle but will no longer be for a nissan. More

We also dealt with Keith in a he finance department. The experience was so positive that we came back two weeks later and traded our other vehicle in on a 2024 Armada . We dealt with Shane and Keith on the second purchase The sales manager Jeff was also extremely welcoming and made us feel appreciated. More
