I bought a new Buick for the best price in my geographic area after searching online on Autotrader. I had never been here before so I didn't know what to expect. I was very impressed! Larry was my salesman and he did everything to make the process as simple as possible, Jose was the finance manager and he did an incredible job of getting the paperwork ready while the car was getting detailed for delivery. This dealership has some of the most down to earth employees you will ever meet and the price of the car was outstanding. The whole process was very efficient and I was in and out very quickly. I would definitely recommend buying here if you are near the Charlotte geographical area-- you will not be disappointed! I had a tag bracket installed also and the service department was exceptional in getting it completed very quickly.
They couldn't have made the process any easier. I bought a new Suburban for my wife and was literally in and out in an hour. I got her SUV for a great price, better interest rate than my own bank, and an extended warranty for a fair price as well. I will be looking for a new Silverado later this year for myself and Abernethy Chevrolet in Lincolnton will be getting my business going forward because they did such a great job of earning my trust during the buying process.
The owner could care less if your satisfied. The staff all lies to you from the owner, sales manager, finance manager, and controller. Bought a vehicle there 11 days ago. Still have not paid off trade. Had a problem with the paint on the new vehicle. Owner took 8 days to call back. Controller said she mailed payoff check, never did. They lie to you with a smile.
These guys get it on every level. I found the GMC Yukon I was interested in on their website and inquired about it. Was contacted within 10 minutes of my online inquiry and gave the sales manager the information for my trade. I got a great deal and fair value for my car which wasn't in the greatest condition to begin with. When I arrived my salesman had to get some preliminary paperwork and the finance manager had to print some forms, but I was in and out and driving home in my new GMC in about 30 minutes!
They were fine to deal with during the sale of the car but everything went down hill after the paperwork was signed, and the finance manager is a liar. Told me the gap insurance was a requirement for financing then when I canceled the gap insurance took almost three months to refund the money, they would not respond to email or return phone calls, they ordered the wrong owners manual for the car but insisted it was the correct one.
