I was getting ready to leave for work and my truck wouldn’t start. It’s frustrating when I’ve only had it for three months. I was worried about how long my truck would be in the shop and if I would ha wouldn’t start. It’s frustrating when I’ve only had it for three months. I was worried about how long my truck would be in the shop and if I would have to argue over warranty. Luckily Academy CDJR was on top of the entire process. I had my truck back the same day with a new starter with all the warranty issues handled on their end. Thank you making the process smooth and quick. Feel like I was lied to. Made it sound like a special battery was needed when it was just the main battery. Charged $611 for the battery and $189 for labor to install it. That is more than twice of the cost of a replacement battery. Very disappointed More

Dropped off truck to get repairs done to fuel and DEF systems. Had estimate within 24 hours. Got parts and had repaired by next day. Christopher was easy to deal with and did as he said.
