Russell was easy to work with and never used pressure tactics during the sales process. He provided me with a breakdown of the costs associated with purchasing the vehicle and told me to go home and think about it and call him the following day with any questions. Amy went with me on the test drive. Prior to leaving the lot Amy went over the vehicle features with me, answered my questions during the test drive and more questions when we returned to the lot. Amy was very knowledgeable about all features available on the vehicles' trim package. Amy was patient when answering my questions, demonstrated most of the features, and provided clear explanations when I had further questions. Amy was also great when we came in to take delivery of the vehicle.
