I visited Academy Ford in Laurel, Maryland, for warranty work on my vehicle. specifically to address a light. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. It took seven hours for the service team to con work on my vehicle. specifically to address a light. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. It took seven hours for the service team to contact me with an update, leaving me stranded as the shuttle service had ended by then. The staff tried to upsell me on windshield wipers, a radiator flush, and a brake fluid flush, despite me having completed these services within the last two weeks. They failed to address the "check charging system now" light that I brought up when dripping the car off. Additionally, one of my wrenches was taken and not returned until I called about it twice. The facility was decent, but the lack of communication, upselling, and failure to resolve the charging issue made this a frustrating experience. I’d hesitate to return because I am not sure that I can trust them. More

A mobile unit from Academy Ford came to my home to install a new battery as per Ford recall guidance. The scheduling was easy over the phone, and the two man team came on time.
