I was looking for a used 2010 Toyota Prius and there were about 5 that I was considering. Acton was the closest to me so I went there to test drive the car. I had previously purchased a 2002 Toyota Highlander in 2005 and I was very pleased with the buying experience back then. My sales rep was Tomas and he was very helpful. Frank was the manager and he offered me a fair price for my trade and a good price on the car. I told them I was going to think about it. No high pressure tactics from either one of them. The next day I checked out another Prius that had lower miles at McGee Toyota Used Car Superstore (which I will write about separately) and the sales experience was just the opposite. They were your stereotypical shady used car salesmen. They lost my trust within 5 minutes of talking price. I went out to my car, called Tomas to see if the car was still available (it was), and told him I would be by the next morning to purchase it. I purchased the car the next day for the exact terms that we talked about the day before. The only surprises were good ones. The car did not have floor mats and they gave me a new set of Toyota factory floor mats. The other nice surprise was from Steve the finance manager. I have always used my credit union for car loans because dealers can't usually beat their rate or terms and I had already got pre-approval from them for this purchase. I told Acton my rate and terms and I agreed to let them see what they could come up with. Steve actually got me a loan for 1 point lower from another credit union. There was no high-pressure sales tactic for the extended warranty either. Part of me still was expecting some unpleasant surprise but it never happened. All three men were professional from start to finish. Acton Toyota (of Littleton) will be my first option for any future purchase...it was a refreshing experience. Thank you. More

I found the car on their website and when contacted, Chris had the car ready for a test drive when I showed up. They didn't even pressure me to use their financing or "extra special warrantees". If my biggest complaint was that I had to wait an hour for an inspection sticker, then I was doing very well. Very pleased with the dealership. Will definitely go back again. More

My sales representative, Bob Gaudet, was fantastic. He was very informative and encouraged me to try other models. After looking at some models at the main facility in Littleton with the help of John Bernard, I decided on th Avalon. John graciously continued to answer my questions and printed out the vehicles service records for me. I went back to the Annex and purchasing the Avalon from Bob couldn't have been easier. With one call to my insurance company and my trade-in (96 Camry) I was able to drive my new used car home. More

Generally, I've done private sales or purchased from small lots, and that was mainly because I've dreaded the car dealership to purchase a vehicle. This was not the case at the Acton Toyota Used Car Annex. Bob Gaudet was very easy to deal with, friendly, very low pressure. I would definitely recommend dealing with Bob for your purchases. What is more important is that Bob was very responsive post sale. There was a minor problem with one of the wheels on the car and Bob took care of setting up an appointment for me with their service department and I was given no hassles about their fixing the issue. Overall, an extremely positive experience. More

After searching all over the metro west and north shore areas for a used car, I happened to find one I was interested in at Acton Toyota Used Car Annex. Not only did they have the vehicle available (unlike areas for a used car, I happened to find one I was interested in at Acton Toyota Used Car Annex. Not only did they have the vehicle available (unlike OTHER places that had vehicles posted but were not available anymore, or they had a deposit on them and even after calling told me they were still available), but the folks at Acton Toyota Used Car Annex made sure the vehicle was ready for a test drive when I showed up. I simply called, told them I was interested, walked inside, gave the sales associate my license to copy, and he handed my wife and I the keys for a test. No hassles, no sales pitch on the test drive. We truly appreciated being able to take the car out on our own. The atmosphere here was relaxed and the sales associate Chris didn't pressure us into a sale. In fact, he didn't even ask if we wanted to buy the vehicle. We had already decided half way through the test drive. Other dealerships should take a page from this company's sales training manual. We may have been able to haggle on the price of the vehicle but neither my wife nor I felt it was necessary or worth the hassle. After doing our research on similar vehicle prices we knew their listed price was fair. I would recommend going to Acton Toyota Used Car Annex. (Unpaid commercial complete) :) More
