There was no sales pressure and my questions were answered to my satisfaction. I checked out comparable cars online, and the price of this car showed to be very fair. Monday morning, I took the car to our mechanic to check it out for any potential problems. No problems were found, and the mechanic said this was a good car for the price. Went back on Tuesday morning and purchased the car and my son has been enjoying it ever since. This was the easiest and most pleasant car purchase I have ever had. No complaints, which is rare when car shopping! I would definitely return. More

The financing person was also very helpful in explaining all of the options, and not pressuring to choose extras we did not want. I was able to test drive as many vehicles as I wanted to consider. Ultimately I selected an older Honda Accord V6 that had just arrived on the day I first looked. I had thought that I would be getting a newer car, but the low mileage and good maintenance made this car a great choice. The car was beautifully clean and full of gas when I picked it up. My husband and I bought a 2010 Toyota Prius from Acton Toyota Used Car Annex and had a great experience. The sale was quick and easy, and the dealership took care of all the financing and legal paperwork. The financing they offered was also better or the same to all the financing options we looked into privately. When we picked up our car, it was clean, filled with gas, and looked as if they took some care into preparing it to leave the lot. Further, the staff was all very friendly towards us and our dog (who visited for the last paperwork signing and car pick-up). This dealership also offered great customer service amenities, such as a snack and beverage bar for each of our visits, and a free state inspection at their larger dealership on the other side of town. The only downside to this was that the larger dealership didn't take appointments for state inspection and the wait was three hours long when we arrived. However, they also had a free snack bar (including donuts), free beverages, free dog treats (our dog was with us again), and a cafe where we were offered free hot lunches. We took the three hours to walk downtown to the Common to eat our free lunches the cafe packed up for us, shop at the used book shop, and read while sitting in the sun in the grass. Another option they offer is to stay at the dealership while your car is being worked on and they have free wi-fi, etc. It was a shock to have to spend three hours when we expected 30 minutes, but it turned out to be a convenient and relaxing break from the regular grindstone of work. More
