I received several welcomed phone calls with updates on the findings and progress of my vehicle. My service advisor Steve LeCount is the best. He always explains in detail why the repairs are necessary, which repairs need to be completed right away and I never feel pressured. My vehicle has some years and miles on it but when I leave the Acura Carland Service department, it's always puring like a kitten. More
