Seamless purchase experience We came in on Sunday to perhaps purchase a used MDX. This didn't work out due to having so much negative equity that we could not roll into a used vehicle. We never imagined a new MDX would be possible, but Omid let us know that this was a possibility. He spent SO much time with us, looking/learning 2 vehicles, and his client service skills are superb. He was thorough, kind, and never full of pressure. We love the MDX and plan to keep it for as long as possible. Also love the security of the lifetime guarantee.
