Both Marc and Michael assisted me with making the best decision for my situation, while working with me to stay within my budget. They even helped me save money, by introducing me to special promotions. Ultimately, I would rate this experience a 25 out of 10!!! These two gentleman are well versed in their field, trust worthy and patient. I visited the dealership three times before I made a decision, but I left the dealership happy, with a brand new ILX, and confident in my purchase. I didn't have a brand preference before stepping foot into Acura of Turnersville, but because of the level of service, Acura will have a customer for life. More
I recently purchased an Acura MDX at Acura of Turnersville. After dreading the process of purchasing a vehicle, I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with the level of professionalism demonstr Turnersville. My salesman, Mike Thiel, was extremely helpful. He explained all of the various Acura models, their cost and features, and purchase vs. lease options. Once I decided on the MDX, he was so patient and kept me informed of their inventory until the car in the color I wanted finally came in! Both Mike and Tim Boylan (the Business Manager) were super nice and took their time with me to explain the details of the financial options and provide exceptional service. To date, I have had one brief visit to the service department and was pleased with the ease and courteous service. The service team is very pleasant and knowledgeable. If you are car shopping I urge you to visit Acura of Turnersville. You too will not be disappointed! More

The entire staff was helpful and friendly. They took their time and didn't rush us into anything. There was no high pressure from the sales people. They explained the pricing and options and special financing and I believe they gave us a good price Didn't try to sell us useless options or things we didn't need in the car. They got our car ready to go home in no time and took the time to explain the features of the car once we got it. More
We had bought two cars at Acura of Turnersville but our Salesman had left so Joe was new to us. He could not have been more friendly nor easy to work with. From negotiating the deal to picking up the car to follow up, Joe was wonderful to deal with and I would recommend him (and have already) to my friends. I was also pleasantly surprised to see Deanna working in the service department as I had dealt with her at Elite Acura. She is friendly and accommodating and I am looking forward to servicing my new MDX at Acura Turnersville. Overall it was a wonderful experience!!! More

Phil was exceptional! By far, he had made it the most pleasant experience for me when buying a car. I lease my vehicles so every 3 or 4 years, I am out seaching for something new and exciting. I always enjoy exploring the new cars and SUVs that are on the market, but one thing I dislike is a pushy saleman. Phil was not only extremely knowledgeable with the 3 Acura vehicles I had interest in, he was just so easy and pleasant to work with. He was also very patient. It's important for me not to feel pressured or pursuaded in a certain direction and I cannot say enough about Phil. We were there for almost an entire day and I wouldn't have wanted to be assisted by anyone else. Phil was recommended to us by Tom in the repair shop and he certainly pointed us to the right person. Phil also followed up with a phone call and a thank-you card. I am extremely happy with my purchase and I would definitely recommend Phil to anyone who is searching for the right vehicle for themselves. He was the best! More

Since I have my own business and know what it takes to earn a sale and satisfy a customer, I have a very high standard for performance when I decide to complete a survey like this. I know the product is a good one- I did my research. What I'm interested in is what I have to go through at the Dealership to purchase the product. Once we came to an agreement on price, which was a bumpy process, the rest of my experience has been outstanding. I cannot say enough about the "after the sale" work that Bob Toll, my Sales Consultant, did for me. He is professional, courteous, knowledgeable and genuine in his concern for the customer. I was surprised to be as respected as i was being a teenager.It really showed that every customer mattered.
