I know the product is a good one- I did my research. What I'm interested in is what I have to go through at the Dealership to purchase the product. Once we came to an agreement on price, which was a bumpy process, the rest of my experience has been outstanding. I cannot say enough about the "after the sale" work that Bob Toll, my Sales Consultant, did for me. He is professional, courteous, knowledgeable and genuine in his concern for the customer. Shopped 4 dealers looking for new vehicle. Was having my old car serviced here and looked at a 2014 RDX. Phil De Vivo was very easy to deal with. I recently purchased a 2014 MDX from Acura Turnersville and Jay & Andrew were great to work with. They were very helpful in getting exactly what I was looking for (I wanted the Silver Moon color so it had and Jay & Andrew were great to work with. We also wanted to add some accessories and they made sure they were installed before we took delivery of the car. They made the car buying process very easy. Everyone was very helpful & very nice.
