Recently I stopped into Turnersville Acura to trade in my used Acura TSX and get a new TSX. The personable experience I received from my sales agent Bob Toll was OUTSTANDING! He was able to provide me with a few solutions that matched up to what I was looking for and made sure that I was doing what was in the best interest for my personal situation. In addition Tim Boylan in Finance was able to get everything processed in a very expedited manner so that I was able to be out in my new car in now time! Because of my amazing experience I quickly referred my parents to Turnersville Acura because they were about to trade in their car. Bob worked with my mom over the phone to get everything lined up so that all she had to do was drive in and pick up her new car! I would highly recommend Bob and Turnersville Acura to help all of my friends and family because I trust them, the service and personal feel are impeccable and overall the experience was just exceptional. I look forward to working with this team in the future when it is time for my next car! More
Always a great experience at Turnersville! I bough a 2008 mdx a couple years ago from there. Service then was great and continues to be every time I go back to get my car serviced. I recently leased a 2014 i mdx a couple years ago from there. Service then was great and continues to be every time I go back to get my car serviced. I recently leased a 2014 ilx, was in and out relatively fast and could not have been happier with my experience. I will be back and definitely recommend to others. More
On Friday 2/27 my husband and I went to Acura to purchase a used car, that was not an Acura. We took the car out for a spin (not able to go over 20mph) on their test track. It appeared to ride alright,althou a used car, that was not an Acura. We took the car out for a spin (not able to go over 20mph) on their test track. It appeared to ride alright,although the warning lights came on for the car. Our sales rep. assured us that it was for air in the tires. I liked the car and was still interested in purchasing it. This car didn't have an owner's manual and I asked them to get me one, they hemmed and hawed and could not produce one. I asked if this was a certified used car as other dealers certify all used cars (no matter what the make of the car). They indicated no. Warning bells for me went off, but I still liked the car. Needless to say, With this car dealer the adage buyer beware is most appropriate for non Acura cars. Since when we left the dealer, they hadn't even filled the tires with air nor made an effort to provide an owner's manual, kept saying we will look into it. As we were driving home the check engine light came on as well as other bells and whistles lights, since I didn't have an owner's manual, we weren't sure of the meanings of the lights. Since we have been home went to our cars dealership to get an owners manual plus some other key cards needed to properly operate the vehicle. I would not recommend this dealership for the purchase of non Acura cars. So far too many problems. More

I just purchased a new Acura from Turnersville Acura and had a really great experience. The sales personnel, Jay Rubino and Len Rizzo, were knowledgeable and helpful. My husband and I actually made several visits to the dealership before we made up our minds as to which car we wanted and whether to lease or purchase. Jay and Len advised us of the advantages and disadvantages of both options so we were able to make an informed decision.Since we tend to keep our vehicles for a long period of time, buying was the best option. We negotiated a price quickly with no drama. This has been our best car buying experience. More

I have spent hours and hours sitting in an office while paperwork was completed, being presented with many add-ons to the auto purchase and feeling like I was trapped in limbo until the buying process was completed. Today I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. Len Rizzo was friendly and competent in his handling of the auto sale. I didn't feel pressured and found the entire time spent at the dealership to be pleasant and very efficiently handled. I was in and out and left with a new car. Dealing with Len was like chatting with an old friend! I will be back for future auto purchases...as long as Len is there to sell to me! More

Both Marc and Michael assisted me with making the best decision for my situation, while working with me to stay within my budget. They even helped me save money, by introducing me to special promotions. Ultimately, I would rate this experience a 25 out of 10!!! These two gentleman are well versed in their field, trust worthy and patient. I visited the dealership three times before I made a decision, but I left the dealership happy, with a brand new ILX, and confident in my purchase. I didn't have a brand preference before stepping foot into Acura of Turnersville, but because of the level of service, Acura will have a customer for life. More

My salesman, Mike Thiel, was extremely helpful. He explained all of the various Acura models, their cost and features, and purchase vs. lease options. Once I decided on the MDX, he was so patient and kept me informed of their inventory until the car in the color I wanted finally came in! Both Mike and Tim Boylan (the Business Manager) were super nice and took their time with me to explain the details of the financial options and provide exceptional service. To date, I have had one brief visit to the service department and was pleased with the ease and courteous service. The service team is very pleasant and knowledgeable. If you are car shopping I urge you to visit Acura of Turnersville. You too will not be disappointed! More
