First and foremost we apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused. It is not our intention to upset any customer or sell a vehicle out from under them. It is unfortunate but sometimes multiple sales associates are working the exact same car with a different customer at the exact same time. When dealing with a pre-owned vehicle there is always a risk of the one particular vehicle being sold by another salesperson because there is only one unique vehicle in that situation. I know Phil and Andrew Fang had the best of intentions with you as a customer. I sincerely apologize for the mix up and wish you the best of luck with your 2013 MDX. Again, Please accept our apologies. We are not here to upset any one of our customers. It gets us no where. I have spoken to Andrew and Phil and they both feel bad about the situation. If you would like Andrew to call you personally and apologize for the inconvenience I can arrange that. As I said before sometimes two customers are looking at the exact same vehicle at the exact same time without the other party knowing.
