Shopping online lead me to Acura of Avon and Jay Brown the internet sales manager. Jay was wonderful! Extremely helpful and patient with my indecisiveness without the pressure. The entire sales staff was friendly, professional and went out of their way to help me get the car I wanted. In the end my choice was at a local dealership but after working with me for two weeks there was no question I was buying my new TL from Jay and his team. From the cars to the costumer service, no wonder I've been a loyal Acura owner 14+ years. I highly recommend this dealership. Great experience! It was worth the ride! More

The purchase of my new Acura RDX was stress free. The overall feel of the Acura of Avon dealership is professional, welcoming, and everyone I worked with was super friendly. The energetic sales team in t overall feel of the Acura of Avon dealership is professional, welcoming, and everyone I worked with was super friendly. The energetic sales team in their shirts and ties made me feel comfortable and at ease right from the beginning. My sales associate, Todd Fanella, was extremely knowledgable about Acura features and made the entire process enjoyable. I never felt as if I was being given a sales pitch or being "handled". It was clear that Todd believes in the Acura product and that it sells itself. My test drive was fun and I love my new car! Ron DaSilva, the General Sales Manager, gave me a good trade in value for my beloved Toyota. I appreciated his kind words about my Toyota. It was hard to say good-bye to a car I spent ten years driving. Ron went an extra step to lay out the terms of both buying and leasing my RDX. He and Todd talked me through my options and lifestyle to determine which path was the best choice for me. I truly appreciate them taking the time to explain all my options. I never felt as if I was taking too long or asking too many questions. They were both patient, funny, and very helpful. Nissa Johnson, the Business Manager, is just great! She had all the financial paper work ready when I met with her and explained the details of everything I was signing in language I could understand. Nissa also helped me transfer my vanity license plate over to my leased car. This was a lot of extra work for her, but she genuinely seemed happy to help. After getting the run around at another dealership we made a call to Acura of Avon and talked with Ron on the phone and let him know what we wanted and how much we were willing to pay and he said he woul made a call to Acura of Avon and talked with Ron on the phone and let him know what we wanted and how much we were willing to pay and he said he would beat that price without an issue so we said are you sure if we drive the 30 minutes that it would be worth our time. He said yes and it was! We got the car we wanted with all the options and even added in running boards and the prices was still less then the other dealer More

Went in to lease a vehicle based off of current Acura lease deal. Ended up getting the exact lease deal I was looking for and at a nice net capitalized cost. I cant say enough good things about the service manager at this Acura dealer. I brought my vehicle in late in the day on the spur of the moment as I noticed the tire had a large gash in the side and the v at this Acura dealer. I brought my vehicle in late in the day on the spur of the moment as I noticed the tire had a large gash in the side and the vehicle was shaking. Unfortunately, there were no loaners available and I had four of my children with me who had to go to sports practices in another town. Without missing a beat, Bob offered to have an Acura employee shuttle my children to their practices, while I waited a half hour for my tire to be changed. So while I thought my auto trouble would cause my children to miss practice, Bob actually organized it so not only did they make practice...but they arrived early! My tire was fixed and I was outta there in a half hour and they charged no more (possibly less) than the discount tire dealer!! Kudos to the employees at Acura of Avon and especially Bob the service manager. More

Buying a car from Acura of Avon was a great experience from start to finish. The dealership is full of positive energy, and everyone I worked with was both friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to negotiate, buy and drive away the same day with the exact car that I wanted - and they made the process so easy. After having a not-so-great experience somewhere else, it was refreshing to meet the Acura of Avon team. I would highly recommend buying a car there to family, friends and coworkers. My quest for a pre-owned Honda started and ended in one day, much to my surprise. I went to Acura of Avon based on the superb service given to my daughter who has purchased 2 Acuras there. I was happy to day, much to my surprise. I went to Acura of Avon based on the superb service given to my daughter who has purchased 2 Acuras there. I was happy to find exactly what I was looking for. I worked with Aaron, who was very professional, pleasant, polite, and helpful. There was no pressure to "upgrade" to any other car other than what I wanted, which I appreciated. Before I knew it, all the paperwork was done, I was cleaning out my car which they took as a trade-in, he contacted my insurance company and had a binder and new insurance card faxed over, registration all set, etc etc etc. He explained several of the features of the car which I was not familiar wtih, set up my Bluetooth for me, etc. I couldn't believe I went home that afternoon with my new car! I was dreading the whole process, but it turned out to be an extremely pleasant experience!! It could not have been any easier! I would highly recommend dealing with Acura of Avon, and Aaron was a pleasure to work with. More
