I wouldn't even consider going to another dealer for service ,much less for purchase of another vehicle. Service and care of Joanys and Tim is outstanding, always greeting me nicely, joking and asking about my family whom over the years they got to know as well. Also service manager is super nice and greets me all the me when I am there. Other service advisors and managers would have learned a lot from those people and Acura dealer as a whole. My dedication to this service and Acura of Bay shore was fully earned and is deaply appreciated, with continuous love and care from Tim, Joanys and service manager.Keep up the good work and see you soon!!!! Allison Krill a salesgirl politely introduced herself to me & offered to show me around. She was extremely helpful in finding the type of car I was looking for. Once we zeroed in on the 2016 ILX she was very knowledgeable about the car & was able to explain all the many features of the Tech Plus package. Once the deal was finalized I saw Joseph Liotta to go over the financial paperwork. He was great to work with & explained in detail all the paperwork that had to be signed. I am very happy with my new car & it was a pleasure to deal with Acura of Bay Shore. More
