Will Combs made the process shockingly painless, I knew I was getting a good deal, including a trade-in with very high mileage. They were the first dealer I went to and I knew that I didn't have to, nor did I want to go to another dealer. The experience was that good! I picked up my new RDX two days later, and Joe Liotta finalized the paperwork, and he was wonderful also. He was very friendly and efficient, answering all my questions, and had me out in no time. In fact, everyone I came in contact with couldn't have been more helpful, including the gentleman that showed me all the amazing features, (which were standard), in the RDX. I would highly recommend Acura Bayshore to everyone who is interested in an Acura! More

He doesn't try to push you into the sale, as most other dealers do, but educates you on the purchase, and ensures that it's best for you. I had a very horrible experience at a different Acura dealership, and Will was right there to save the day! This is going to be my second time leasing an Acura with Will, and I would never go to another dealership. With my second lease, this was my first time dealing with Joseph Liotta. He is also really great, and makes you feel like you are right at home. He is efficient, knowledgeable, and very friendly. I originally visited Acura of Bay Shore back in Sept. 2012 when I was in the market to purchase a new Acura TL Technology. I was quickly greeted by Will Combs who took his time to show me all the featur 2012 when I was in the market to purchase a new Acura TL Technology. I was quickly greeted by Will Combs who took his time to show me all the features and answer all my questions. And just when I thought it would be impossible to own such a great car, both Will and Ian made it possible! I drove of happily in my brand new TL w/ Technology! Now, March 2013, my wife was looking to replace her current vehicle, and even though there are other dealers to choose from, we went back to see Will. Again, we were greeted in the same friendly manner, we felt like we were part of a family! My wife was excited over the 2013 TSX w/ Technology. With their prompt service, we drove off in the car that she wanted again, and we were once again, very satisified with our experience! Joe made the leasing very simple and he was not pushy. This dealer is by far one of the best out on the Island and I would recommend anyone whos in the market for a new or replacement vehicle to check them out! If you do, just ask for Will Combs and rest assured, he will give you all the correct information and treat you like family, nothing less! More
I had a an Acura TL shipped to me that was described as like new and always garaged. The car was in poor shape and was never garaged. They did send refund around 200 for undesclosed damage in their words. Very rude after the sale. Do not believe them or buy a car from them on ebay or off the internet. More

I've primarily dealt with Tim Reid, but have on occasion dealt with Cindy, Nicole and Kenny. All of them are personable, professional and courteous and go out of their way to ensure I'm leaving there completely satisfied. They are also very honest which is a big thing with car dealers. I gave a 4 on price, because it is a little expensive, like other luxury brand dealers. In the end though, I don't mind paying a few extra dollars in return for good, confident service. I highly recommend them. More
