I reached out to the website Acura of Bellevue and immediately got connected with a chat sales person by the name of Jessica who was extremely rude, without cause she decided to make a comment “ As th immediately got connected with a chat sales person by the name of Jessica who was extremely rude, without cause she decided to make a comment “ As the old blessing goes...make your choices and be content. =)” I inquired to see if the dealership was in a position to buy back a car purchased thru a different site, I had just purchased after having buyers remorse from driving an SUV and getting into a car. This was her statement to me which is absolutely unprofessional and disgusting behavior. bellevue of Acura needs to hire classy customer service. More

Refused To Order Airbags For Acura Recall I received a recall notice for the air bags in my 2003 MDX and called Acura of Bellevue Service Department 13424 NE 20th St, Bellevue, WA 98005. The s I received a recall notice for the air bags in my 2003 MDX and called Acura of Bellevue Service Department 13424 NE 20th St, Bellevue, WA 98005. The scheduling rep put me on hold then came back on and told me that Acura of Bellevue didn't have any airbags for my MDX nor did they have any plans to order them. I asked several times during the call for Acura of Bellevue's Service Department to please order the recall parts, (my understanding is that a recall part is no cost to the dealership), and the scheduling rep refused. Acura of Bellevue is a very poor representative of the Acura brand. I called Acura Customer Relations who found a dealership service department 17 miles away who was able to complete the service. This was all very inconvenient. More
Bait and Lie Was notified that because I am a loyal Acura customer (loyal since 1997) I was entitled to a special offer to exchange my 2017 leased RDX (Leased from Was notified that because I am a loyal Acura customer (loyal since 1997) I was entitled to a special offer to exchange my 2017 leased RDX (Leased from Acura Bellevue) for a new 2020 RDX. I would receive $1,000 + no disposition fee $350. When I responded the sales person called me back. I told them I was only interested in a no-down and close to my current payment deal. They told me that they would be able to work a deal and we agreed to meet at the dealer at 11am Sunday morning. When I arrived no one knew about the scheduled meeting. The sales manager passed me on to the next available salesperson. He told me they would never be able to meet the same payment (currently $403) and that since I leased my car (Dec 2017) the interest rates have increased so the payment would be $560 with $3600 due at signing. What a waste of time! In 2017 I worked with Tom Matsen who left the company to move out of state. Wow, what a departure of true customer service and forthrightness. Basic lack of honesty. More

I leased a new Acura from them a couple months ago and turned in my old one based on their advice. Now I owe $1600 to Acura. I asked them if I should just trade it in to them so not to get stuck with the mileage fees like I have done in the past, However they bold faced lied to me and showed me phony numbers to get me to lease the car if I gave back the old one to Acura corporate. Liars and cheats. When I showed them what happened they literally laughed in my face and said that I already bought the car and they were done with me. They also wouldn't even accept me as their customer, saying I was a customer of Acura Corporate only. Beware, Do NOT go to Acura of Bellevue. They will cheat and lie to you too! More
Thank you Service Center; you're the best I have been an Acura of Bellevue customer for many years. The people who work in the service department are THE reason I bought a second Acura after I have been an Acura of Bellevue customer for many years. The people who work in the service department are THE reason I bought a second Acura after they kept my first one humming along for just short of 200,000 miles. They have always given me solid advice and great service I know I can trust and they are wonderful to work with... How many places do you do business with anymore where people greet you by name and treat you like a friend? Today more than ever, that kind of business relationship really matters to me. It is rare and worth a lot. I can't imagine going to any other dealership. More

Awful Customer Service My husband and I each got a new Acura a few weeks ago at Acura of Seattle during the same visit. We live in Issaquah but chose the Seattle location b My husband and I each got a new Acura a few weeks ago at Acura of Seattle during the same visit. We live in Issaquah but chose the Seattle location because of an online deal on the specific model/package my husband was looking for. We called and checked with Acura of Bellevue (much closer to us) on availability of this model, package & color before going to Southcenter and they did not have availability. My husband has owned Acura cars his whole life since his very first car and this is my first (I have always been a BMW driver). We had a good buying experience at Acura of Seattle. I was having trouble syncing up my phone to my car. The salesman at Acura of Seattle offered to do it but we were there until after close and were very hungry and needed to go eat dinner so we left. I haven’t found myself down in the Southcenter area again since and I work on the Eastside (my office is in Bellevue) so I decided to stop by Acura of Bellevue to ask for help while in the area. The sales guy (Jeremy Seager) came up and told me that I AM NOT A CUSTOMER OF THEIR LOCATION and that I cannot be helped by them. I tried to explain that I am an ACURA CUSTOMER and just need help with a simple thing. He said he will not be helping me and walked away. I got upset and told him he was being rude and asked another sales guy for the manager. The manager (Frank Kelley) came out and told me that the sales guy is right and that all Acura locations are commission based and if I did not buy my car there and bring revenue to their location that I am not a customer and will not be helped by them. He said I am welcome to schedule any paid service appointments I need but will not be helped by anyone in the sales team at any time. I got very upset and left in tears because of how I was treated. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. My husband will continue to be an Acura buyer but will never be a customer of Acura of Bellevue because of this. I work in real estate and have a huge network in the eastside and have made sure to let many know about my recent experience with Bellevue of Acura. I am appalled that they treat people poorly just because they didn’t make commission off my purchase. They have not lost all future purchases and service appointments that we (and others we know) will make in the future as we will be taking our business to and recommending Acura of Seattle. There was only one customer there and salesmen just were just sitting around (now I understand why) and it would have taken probably just a few minutes to help and now I am writing these reviews instead of having my simple issue fixed. I am more upset about the way I was talked to and treated than not getting helped. If this truly is your policy to turn Acura customers away because a dime wasn't put in your pocket then your employees need to be coached on polite ways to communicate this to people who come in. Such as "I am very sorry but our policy does not allow us to help customers who purchased their car at another dealership" or "I am sorry that I cannot help you because our policy does not allow me to. Have you reached out to the dealership where you purchased the vehicle?", etc. What are customers who purchased out of state supposed to do????? More
