The service was great. I only had one concern regarding the offer for additional service that was not even due. After checking the records everything was cleared. Since 2016, we have repeatedly had positive customer experiences with Acura of Boston. The Sales AND Service professionals are thoughtful and listen - not just talk! Most recently our "floor" sales person, Victor, was courteous, informative, and very patient as we made multiple visits to the dealership before signing a deal. No pressure. Sales representatives Mike and Kevin were quite responsive to our questions and concerns along the way. In Service, we have had such a positive experience with Bob G over the past seven years that we always request him. His recommendations are consistently customer and budget-friendly! More
