We walked in with two kids in the pouring rain to test drive the Acura MDX and were immediately greeted by Phil Scott. We told him what we were thinking about and that we had just begun comparison shopping. He showed us a model with the layout and features in the showroom, while he fetched a car we could test drive. No one was hovering and finishing our sentences while we crawled all over the car. I felt very confident asking him questions about the MDX without feeling like he was pushing us into a vehicle we weren't ready to buy. It was a very enjoyable experience and the car was great. More

Dumitru is great! He helped us get a new light blue acura tsx that's really a fantastic car. Got a good deal on the dear. He also helped us with linking the bluetooth to the car's built-in system, so acura tsx that's really a fantastic car. Got a good deal on the dear. Began searching for my new 2012 TL via the internet. I sent an e-mail with the best price that I had received from some other local dealers. Phil sent me back an email very quickly and told me that he could beat the price I gave him. I told him I would come in and talk and then introduced my trade in. I figured they would try and work me over on the trade as I knew I was getting a good deal on the new TL. I told Phil I knew what I wanted to get out of the trade and that I had done my homework. He came back and offered me very close to what I wanted and after a little negotiation we had a deal. Phil was awesome, a no-nonsense guy who was able to offer me a very fair price the first time and we agreed pretty quickly on the final numbers. I've bought many new cars in my life and this was by far the best experience I've ever had. This is the 2nd car I've purchsed from this dealership. The first was a 2002 TL and that was a good expeprience, this one was even better. I really liked Phil and would encourage anyone going to this dealer for a new purchase should ask for him. You won't be dissapointed. More
Dumitru was great--not at all pushy. Manager was very nice as well. They gave us very good price on our trade in, and dumitru spent a lot of time with us when we picked the car up. I went to this dealership a few times in the last few weeks to check out the RDX and MDX. I was very impressed by the knowledge of the salesman (Kevin) who reliably compared the two cars to other manufac weeks to check out the RDX and MDX. This was in stark contrast to my visit two years ago when the salesman (I forget his name) told me the second row in the MDX only seated two people. But I liked the styling and reliability of the Acura's and have had a few friends who have loved their cars so I was pursuaded to look again, and I'm glad I did. They were forthright and upfront on the trade-in value of my Lexus, and they also participate in Bank of America's Car Buying Center: which pre-negotiates the best price for you. Print off your certificate and they will honor it with no haggling. All in all a first class dealership that lived up to its luxury car reputation this time. And ask for Kevin for a low-pressure, high-class sales experience! More

I especially appreciated Mike's patience and extensive knowledge as he assisted me with what could have been a very difficult process. Bryan Jones and other sales staff were also great! I should mention that I shopped around and this was by far the best dealership I visited. The price, service and overall experience could not have been better. Never for a minute did I feel pressured. Instead, I felt that Mike and his staff went above and beyond! I would definitely highly recommend this dealership to all of my friends and family. The sales guy was great, Edwin. The sales manager was pushy, arrogant and blew a deal that was otherwise done. We phone tagged and he finally stopped calling after the first afternoon. This guy is old school hard sell and I felt like he was trying to trap me right down to holding my keys aftger appraising my trade. (he gave me back the registration but kept my keys.) I was made to feel very comfortab I had a great experience with Acura of Boston right from the beginning. The people were wonderful to work with. I was made to feel very comfortable during nagotiations with Kent. He was the only one to email me right away after I inquired about the TL. Christopher Wright in the F&I department was extremly knowledgeable, answered all my questions and at no time did I ever feel pressure. I was able to go at my own pace and do what I wanted. Ryan could not do enough for me when going over the TL's features he took the time to go over it not once but several times, answered all my questions then delivered the car to me 50 miles north of Boston. I was impressed by this dealership overall but mostly by Ryan, his personality and his knowledge about the Acura TL. Thank you Cheryl Smith More
Overall, I had a good experience. Zach Timmermeyer was a great help. He was very friendly and funny. He made sure everything went well.
