Asked her why do I need to schedule an appointment in advance if I can't have the car serviced at the scheduled time and she told me an appointment means I can have the car service today, REALLY??? She went on to ask the manager and he pretty much said the same thing and ask me if I can call back in 2 hours to check the availability. Totoally unacceptable customer service and I am a first time customer. Won't go back there again. Great way to lose a customer!! Unreal!!! More

Service Went in to have my MDX service. Process was very pleasant. The appointment process was very convenient. When i dropped off my vehicle the service re Went in to have my MDX service. So bad experience I sent my Acura MDX 2014 on April 19th am. to Acura MDX Brooklyn service department to fix my car because all the warning lights are on in my dashboar I sent my Acura MDX 2014 on April 19th am. to Acura MDX Brooklyn service department to fix my car because all the warning lights are on in my dashboard, they told me it's a transmission problem, so after they fixed and I paid the money and leave , just one hour later ,the same problem happen again! I sent it back to them , now this time they said it's a engine problem.. the merchanic is so impatient and say that's my fault because I didn't change the air filter and good mantainness and causes the engine problem, that is so ridiculous,I owned 1 car before and I have the common sense, air filter and break paddle it will not cause the engine problem, I told the mercanic maybe it's a system problem, he say no , it's a engine problem I have to wait, so I wait overnight until tomorrow 11am, it's already past one day , now the mercanic say it,s a system problem, I have to wait , what you mean? I already told him it's a system problem , u spent one day to tell me it's a system problem and still need a long time to fix it? I tell him I am living on this car because I work on it , I making money on it , you gotten tell me how long , one day one week or one month, so I can make plan B to go on to live, the mercanic name Joigi said he don't know he can't not tell me and just complain him he don't care More
