It's good to see an old familiar face. I was very surprised and pleased to see that an old familiar face has returened to AOB. I'm speaking non other than Heather Forntno. I told her how ha I was very surprised and pleased to see that an old familiar face has returened to AOB. I'm speaking non other than Heather Forntno. I told her how happy it was to see that she has returned. I also told her of my dissatisfaction of the previous managers that worked there. She tells me that AOB has recently revamp all of their staff. I was pleased to hear that. I did not like the service that I was receiving from them. With their service I had to make several trips back and fort to rectify my issues. Anyway I can go on an on about their sevice but my fingers might get num from typing. All in all I am pleased and very happy that my agent Heather has returned. Please do what every it takes to keep her around this time. She is a valuable asset to AOB. Sunny side I have had my challenges with Acura but this time it was different. Gabrielle was just so welcoming as soon as I came in> he made sure to let me know I have had my challenges with Acura but this time it was different. Gabrielle was just so welcoming as soon as I came in> he made sure to let me know that he would try his best to help me in the best way and keep me in the loop as to what was going on with my car.
