The statement I put is important to me which you have to add When I purchased the car (cash on delivery) I also paid for four year maintenance. I was e-mailed recently to bring the car for service. I was welcomed and promptly and efficiently handled. The car was taken care of for the required regular maintenance service (for >9000 miles, for the third time). I was surprised to pay for the regular maintenance service except for the oil without including the filter. I paid a total of $160.00 for regular promised maintenance that was shown to me. Could you please be kind enough elaborating for what are the maintenance items that I paid for. I asked this before to have the specifics maintenance service I paid for so that I will know exactly what I paid and the service I did not. This issue comes up each time for the service. When I bought the car I was told the mileage for service is 5000 miles, I have already been at Acura service 3 or 4 times for 9400 miles.
