Diagnosis and Repairs Acura did a terrific job with my 2002 MDX. What I thought was a big steering wheel problem they solved with topping off my power steering fuel recept Acura did a terrific job with my 2002 MDX. What I thought was a big steering wheel problem they solved with topping off my power steering fuel receptacle. They diagnosed some other problems, identified the very urgent one(s) that should be done immediately and the others that can wait. They also advised me about some previous work done by another (non-Acura) shop. Along with that came great customer service and taking the time to explain everything. Personable All was great. But the only thing I would highly recommend is keeping customers informed of the progress of the status of the service being done. I All was great. I was told 30 mins for something and ended up being 2.5 hrs of waiting. I took the steps to find the service personnel to get a status. That's something I did not like to do. I felt awkward and like I was bothering them. More
