Great experience with the service dept. I'm not a fan of the sale dept at Brooklyn Acura dealership but have to say the service dept here is quite good. The whole staff was friendly, helpful I'm not a fan of the sale dept at Brooklyn Acura dealership but have to say the service dept here is quite good. The whole staff was friendly, helpful and prompt when I brought in my MDX for a recall and for an oil change. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I'd definitely recommend Brooklyn Acura for getting your Acura serviced. More

We had a problem with one of our keys but delayed dealing with it. When we passed your location we decided to deal with the problem. While it was very hectic when we arrived we were greeted by a friendly young woman (Gabrielle) who in turn passed us on to Albert Brumberg. Despite not having an appointment, Albert made it all happen in a very pleasant and reasonably timely manner. Albert represents your organization very well.
