Great service Sometimes the service at Acura is mediocre. Most times they don't call to keep me updated - I have to constantly call them and they don't return calls Sometimes the service at Acura is mediocre. Most times they don't call to keep me updated - I have to constantly call them and they don't return calls. And the car is usually not ready when I go to pick it up. Yesterday's experience was way better than I've had in the past. Richard Billingsley was efficient and called me to keep me updated. The car was making a clunking and rattling noise; I was there last week and they couldn't find the problem. So I brought the car back, Kawsar checked it and found the cause of the rattling. I'm not sure the clunking is solved yet - it comes and goes sporadically. But And the car was waiting for me when I got there. Keep up the good work! More
