This dealerships service dept is a rip-off to customers who really no nothing about vehicles. They lie and inflate repair prices. Never will they ever touch my vehicle again. I was told my radiator fans who really no nothing about vehicles. They lie and inflate repair prices. Never will they ever touch my vehicle again. I was told my radiator fans were burnt out and would cost $1600 to repair. I took my vehicle home, removed the fans and tested them and they worked. Because, I am mechanically inclined, I tested the coolant sensor and the radiator sensor and found the problem. I replaced the sensors and the cooling system functioned normally. For two cooling sensors, at $30 dolars apiece. Customer beware, get a second opinion for you repairs before allowing this dealerships service dept to rip you off. Minus 0 is their rating. More
Gave the car in for an oil cahage, took 2hrs and $100 which is fine. Then was told I need some things flushed (transmission etc.) They said they can do it in a hour and they did,but I got charged 4rhsfor which is fine. Gotta let you guys know about Bilall over at Acura of Brooklyn. I popped in one day for routine mx and figured let me start window shopping as my lease was quickly coming to an end. Well by the time I was done or I should say Bilall was done with me......I knew some things about cars I never knew abs also had myself a new 2021 TLX. His customer service was top notch. He wasn’t pushy but more informative. He gave options and showed the pros and cons. He took care of all my paperwork, kept in constant communication until all was done. Bilall FOR THE WIN!! More
I had my appointment at 12 pm for a simple diagnostics of my vehicle. They had me waiting from 12 pm to 4:30 pm. I drove 90 mins one way; I basically used 7 hours and 30 mins of my time getting a simple diag my vehicle. They had me waiting from 12 pm to 4:30 pm. I drove 90 mins one way; I basically used 7 hours and 30 mins of my time getting a simple diagnostic. Admittedly, they explained the issue and the amount needed for the repair. However, they did not provide the page that showed the exact costs for service and part. I called back for a copy, they proceeded to state that they do not provide that page unless I pay for the services needed first. In a bout of greed, they refused to provide the information that I paid for, to the make the most calculated decision regarding my vehicle. I will never return to that dealership for my car servicing needs. Subpar professionalism. Extremely disappointed. More
Outstanding Maintenance Department After traveling 1,000 miles from Alabama in my 2006 Acura TSX, the A, 2, and 4 maintenance lights came on with immediate maintenance needed. Fortuna After traveling 1,000 miles from Alabama in my 2006 Acura TSX, the A, 2, and 4 maintenance lights came on with immediate maintenance needed. Fortunately Acura of Brooklyn was not too far from where we were staying. They made it easy to make an appointment, easy to process the care in for maintenance explaining everything they would be doing and the estimated cost, timely maintenance service, and easy car pickup. The cost of the maintenance was reasonable and comparably to what we pay in Alabama. Special thanks for Richard Billingsley, Service Advisor, for his outstanding customer service and rapport. I highly recommend Acura of Brooklyn for all your Acura needs. More
