Purchased a used Tiburon in Nov to gift my 16 year old son for Christmas. I expressed how worried I was that I would purchase a bad vehicle since my son would be driving it and I was assured by Bill that son for Christmas. I expressed how worried I was that I would purchase a bad vehicle since my son would be driving it and I was assured by Bill that he wouldn't sell me a car he wouldn't put his own son in. He handed me a sheet showing service they did to include 4 new tires and brakes on it, making me confident I was making a good decision. Fast forward to this week, my son is driving the car and smelling fuel really bad, gets it home and I have it towed the next day to a shop. Today they advised me that the entire underside of the car is rusted very badly including the fuel tank which has a hole in it from the rust. My son could have been killed or seriously hurt had the car caught on fire. I am shaken to the core knowing he was behind the wheel. With the knowledge that the dealership had to of known about the severe rust because they had it on a lift doing tires and brakes, I feel they were fraudulent in this transaction and put my sons life in danger. Awful first impression! ! Took my three-month-old Acura in for a minor issue...a blown tail light!! ZERO communication and 26 hours later, I picked it up without the work bei ! Didn't get a single call, text or email telling me they were having trouble getting the light. Expected such great service after reading all its glowing reviews. Won't go back. So disappointed! More
