This was my first time having my car servic Normally my experience at Acura of Concord is great. Terry Pitts had been my service contact in the past. This was my first time having my car serviced since his resignation. My appointment was at 11:30 I arrived at 11:16. I wasn’t seen and my keys taken by a service coordinator until almost 12:30. I didn’t leave the service center until 3:30. I wish someone would’ve called me before I left work and told me how back-up they were so that I could make other arrangements. I’m very disappointed with my experience at the service department yesterday. At minimum they could’ve offered me a discount on my service. More
