Great Service We had received one recall item and when my husband arrived for the appointment the service dept. found a second recall item and wanted to do that o We had received one recall item and when my husband arrived for the appointment the service dept. found a second recall item and wanted to do that one also. It would require extra time, so they gave a Courtesy Car to my him so he could return home and pick up the car the next day. Excellent service! Thank you More

He was non-patronizing, thorough and helpful with communicating the process of the test (even though I did it before) and what will happen if in fact my MDX falls within the guidelines for repair. Fast Friendly and Accommodating Customer Service I typically go to Marin Acura since that is where I purchased my MDX. However without going in to oo much detail of their lacking customer service, I would like to highlight the wonderful way in which I was treated at Acura of Concord. I was greeted fairly close to my entering the building by a young lady . Shortly after, Yves introduced himself, explained the process of not only my recall but also the process of how I would be handled and as a customer. He arranged a Lyft to both drop me off at home and pick me up to bring my back to the dealership once my service was completed. It was all done in a timely fashion. Donna was super sweet and even gave me some chocolate for the road. I would like to say thank you. In hindsight this is where I should have made my Auto Purchase. More
