Efficient and honest dealership We were in the market for an RDX and requested quotes around the area. Concord was among the few that offer the most competitive pricing. We made a few phone calls to confirm the deal with their internet sales manager, Mansoor, the took the > 1 hr drive there. It was totally worth the drive. When we arrived, the 2019 RDX with correct color and trim was already waiting for my test drive. Staff were friendly and efficient. We arrived around 5:20pm and were driving the new car back around 7:15pm. Staff there didn’t try to sell you useless stuff and were quite open and honest. In the end, Mansoor gave us a quick tour of the new RDX to warm me up. Funny thing was he noticed they didn’t clean the inner side of the panaromic roof glass and he redivided it. He grabbed a cloth immediately from somewhere and thoroughly clean it himself. Overall, it has been the best car buying experience. Enjoying the new RDX now. Thank you, Mansoor! More

Great Service My service was perfect a couple people helped me out but there was a strange thing with the car and would make a clunk sound and they had put on after My service was perfect a couple people helped me out but there was a strange thing with the car and would make a clunk sound and they had put on after market kit so the camber could be changed and it still clunked and it got all twisted up what was happening. It got figured out and then wow amazing they decided that this clunk must not happen and make it right at no charge to me. They gave me a loaner and fixed my and car and made sure that there was nothing wrong. It was the best service and dedication I have ever seen I love them More
