Great service with few issues We’ve been coming to Acura of Concord for several years. The service team has always been accommodating and professional and we’ve gotten great servic We’ve been coming to Acura of Concord for several years. The service team has always been accommodating and professional and we’ve gotten great service. This last time there was a glitch when we were trying to make an appointment. There are apparently two different tracks to service the car: through the shop and through the rapid service I guess. I was told there were no appointments. I called earlier and had been told there were but had to check my schedule so I called back literally a couple minutes later. A different service person there were none until next week. i persisted and she finally said well you gone go through the shop I guess. I have an appointment there. So we brought the car in and it was serviced quickly and efficiently as usual, but it was frustrating to have to argue with someone just to bring it in. If not for that I would have given a 5 star rating. The service associates are excellent, but one person answering the phone could have made me go elsewhere. More
