Excellent Sales team but disappointed by Finance team The sales team was extremely responsive to my questions and provided all the information in a timely manner. I arrived on the day to pick up my car bu The sales team was extremely responsive to my questions and provided all the information in a timely manner. I arrived on the day to pick up my car but had to wait more than 2 hours to speak with the finance team. This experience was extremely unpleasant as my family stranded while I was waiting to finalize the deal. I had notified the dealership about my arrival 3 days in advance but the finance team did not prepare my paperwork on time. Furthermore, I was kept waiting for more than two hours to speak with the finance team. After we started our conversation, I was told about the additional maintenance package which I was not notified before the purchase so I was forced into buying additional maintenance package without sufficient time to review. Even though the finance team provided accurate numbers and the staff was courteous, the whole delay could have been avoided by preparing ahead of time. More
