Concord Acura and Ronnie Garcia always do right by me! I’ve owned three Acura’s in a row, and started coming to Acura Concord after moving from out of state. I briefly used a dealer in Oakland. All of my A I’ve owned three Acura’s in a row, and started coming to Acura Concord after moving from out of state. I briefly used a dealer in Oakland. All of my Acura service experiences have been great, but Concord has been the best. I’ve felt like a valued customer (as I should after the product loyalty I’ve shown) from my first car to now. My spouse has had Toyota, BMW, and now Mercedes and his service with all three has been spotty at best. Mercedes treats him as if he’s lucky he even gets to use their service. And Ronnie Garcia, though not always my consultant, has been the best. He keeps me up to date with what is going on and delivers on time! he’s friendly but always respectful of my time. One last shout out to Donna who always takes my service calls, books appointments, and processes payments professionally and with a smile. Great team at Concord Acura Service, I highly recommend them. More
