I brought my MDX in to have the battery checked I brought my MDX in to have my battery checked after my battery failed over the weekend. I had to wait about 1 1/2 hours for inspection to be complete I brought my MDX in to have my battery checked after my battery failed over the weekend. I had to wait about 1 1/2 hours for inspection to be completed. I was taken by Lyft to Willows. My questions were all answered and I was satisfied with the explanation as to what caused the failure. The questions that the service person couldn't answer were answered by the technician that came out front to my car and talked to me and also showed my how to remove the shield over the top of the battery.
