First service A-1 if my Acura It was very busy the morning I came in ( Saturday) but I had called ahead for an appointment. I told the customer service person that I had made an appointment specifically because I had another appointment that I had to be on time for. She came back and said I would be next and I was able to get out in time for my appointment. Very accommodating. More
Great Experience Five Star Service from Amanda.and the Service Staff. Rear view mirror came off the windshield mount as we were on our way to Concord from Sunnyvale. Beware of charges The customer service is great and the work, as far as I can tell, is as to be expected. My beef, and it’s my own fault for not thinking about it or as The customer service is great and the work, as far as I can tell, is as to be expected. My beef, and it’s my own fault for not thinking about it or asking the charge, is when they said I needed to replace the air filters for the engine and cabin, I approved it. After seeing the charge of about $30 labor for each, I looked it up on line and I could have done it myself in less than a minute for each. Lesson learned. More
