Acura serbive Service rep Ron Garcia was nice. My only complaint is I had to bring my vehicle back 4 times to get a oil consumption reading and each time I was told Service rep Ron Garcia was nice. My only complaint is I had to bring my vehicle back 4 times to get a oil consumption reading and each time I was told to drive more because it couldn't be read even though I drove over the 1,000 miles recommended. When I picked my vehicle up after brake service and some other service engine checks. I wasn't told my vehicle qualified to be repaired because it failed the O2 consumption test. I believe Had I not made a few follow-up calls, I wouldn't have known my vehicle qualified for repair until Amanda read the notes from my last visit during Ron's absence. I was told there is a service back log on parts until next year, Which I felt want very acceptable. I wasn't really happy with Amanda customer service. She was a little rude and was rushing to get me off phone. The call dropped and she didn't bother to call back. So I called back the following week to further discuss with Ron.. More
