Great Service I would have given 5 stars, but a car wash wasn't included as with other dealer repair shops. Other than that, my car needs were addressed and resolv I would have given 5 stars, but a car wash wasn't included as with other dealer repair shops. Other than that, my car needs were addressed and resolved to my complete satisfaction. The guy who took care of my car was attentive and provided me with all of the information and options to get my car repaired in an expediant manner. Will be taking my car in again for routine maintenance. More

Best experience at a car dealership Bought a 2017 CPO ACURA RDX for my wife. We bought a 2004 MDX for her back in 2004, and she refused to give it up. I finally got her to look at newer car (safety improvements) and after driving every mid-sized SUV , she settled on the RDX.. We tried a few dealerships but enjoyed the people at CONCORD Acura. After a few test drives, we settled on a model she liked. Negotiations were fair , the dealer got some, I got some, but the open and honest dialogue was what sold us on this dealer, never pushy, open conversations, and we walked away with the car she wanted.. It has been a month, and I have yet to drive HER car!!! More

Great service with few issues We’ve been coming to Acura of Concord for several years. The service team has always been accommodating and professional and we’ve gotten great servic We’ve been coming to Acura of Concord for several years. The service team has always been accommodating and professional and we’ve gotten great service. This last time there was a glitch when we were trying to make an appointment. There are apparently two different tracks to service the car: through the shop and through the rapid service I guess. I was told there were no appointments. I called earlier and had been told there were but had to check my schedule so I called back literally a couple minutes later. A different service person there were none until next week. i persisted and she finally said well you gone go through the shop I guess. I have an appointment there. So we brought the car in and it was serviced quickly and efficiently as usual, but it was frustrating to have to argue with someone just to bring it in. If not for that I would have given a 5 star rating. The service associates are excellent, but one person answering the phone could have made me go elsewhere. More
