Short and Sweet This is my second time coming in for a service st this location. I have the oil change package. Both times I have been I have had an excellent experie This is my second time coming in for a service st this location. I have the oil change package. Both times I have been I have had an excellent experience. The waiting area is clean, quiet and stocked with snacks and water. There is even a vending machine. The service reps are amazing. I was greeted and helped as soon as I walked in. It was estimated that the service would take approximately 45 minutes but I was out within 30 minutes. Yves came over and explained the results of my multipoint inspection and then let me know what my car will need in the future based on the inspection. I live in San Leandro and don't mind coming to Concord because i love their service! More
