Quality Service Maintenance service was performed on time and they were up front with all the work needed to be done. Since it was a major service, it was good that w Maintenance service was performed on time and they were up front with all the work needed to be done. Since it was a major service, it was good that we had a prepaid maintenance plan which was well worth the up front cost. They kept me well informed of the status and if any necessary additional items needed attention e.g. brake pad replacement, which was also performed within the estimated time frame. More
