Poor Service Shocking decline from previous excellent service. I waited at least 30 minutes to see a service advisor, even with an appointment. After two days, repair was incomplete because they failed to order a part. It had to make another appointment to take the car back in after the part was ordered (very inconvenient). First service advisor initially acted as if he wasn’t familiar with my car, when I called for status. He used to be very friendly. He was helpful with the car rental, though. Second service advisor the following day was rude and dismissive when I pointed out the incomplete repair. The repair technicians should have noticed it themselves. Worst experience with this service center ever! Cashiers were friendly and efficient, though. More
Repair of old Acura I received excellent attention and service from the moment I walked in the door. Parts needed to be ordered so therefore car had to be left over night I received excellent attention and service from the moment I walked in the door. Parts needed to be ordered so therefore car had to be left over night. I was offered a loaner car and Erik even took out a car seat and reinstalled it in loaner car, not an easy feat. Erik went over what was to be worked on a couple of times and why. Then he reviewed the rendered service when I picked up the car. I feel confident that my car will be serviced correctly at Acura of Concord. More

Was a hassle I made it a point to let the reception know I would need a loaner when I came to my appointment. I have 2 little boys that would not have had the pati I made it a point to let the reception know I would need a loaner when I came to my appointment. I have 2 little boys that would not have had the patience to wait. No loaner available and the only option was to go to enterprise. I had to install the car seats into the enterprise shuttle and then again into the rental. Line at enterprise was very long. My car wasn’t done when promised and I had to push to have it delivered by the time I needed it. Very frustrating visit. Not seamless at all. More
