Trustworthy I've gone to Concord Acura since they opened. This is my 2nd Acura, the first I had for 18 years with over 200,000 miles. I've had the 2nd for 13 y I've gone to Concord Acura since they opened. This is my 2nd Acura, the first I had for 18 years with over 200,000 miles. I've had the 2nd for 13 years with almost 160,000 miles. Both cars have always been serviced by Acura of Concord. I have always found them to be honest, on time and fixed right the first time. I would recommend their service to anyone. More

Oil change experience I made an appointment for an oil change and every part of my experience was unacceptable. Long story short: I was not acknowledged when I walked in fo I made an appointment for an oil change and every part of my experience was unacceptable. Long story short: I was not acknowledged when I walked in for my appointment, waited for 20 minutes and finally found an employee who helped me. Because of the delay, I was late for work, which was aggravating given that I had an appointment. In addition to the delay, when we walked to my car upon my return, there was oil on the front of it; the service person had to drive it to the back to wipe it off. Finally, the promised oil reminder sticker was not on my car when it was brought back around. More

First service in my maintenance pkg. It costs me a bridge toll and 25+ miles to travel over to Acura of Concord. I let Kyle know that I was out of my comfort zone in the Concord area and It costs me a bridge toll and 25+ miles to travel over to Acura of Concord. I let Kyle know that I was out of my comfort zone in the Concord area and there is an Acura dealer within 2-3 miles of my house. My husband brought into a service maintenance package, so I cross a bridge to get my car serviced at Acura of Concord. Kyle was friendly, understanding, and thoroughly explained everything to me. He was helpful. He even searched the map for a Hendrick’s dealership closer to my home, but this one is the closest option. The lobby was packed and there was no where to sit, so he found me waiting outside and offered to get me a ride to a nearby shopping center, since he thought there was a chance of extended wait time. Everything was covered under my svc pkg and warranty. I went on my way a happy customer. I called on my way home to ask Kyle about the tire pressure, which was reading 5-6 lbs higher than when I brought it in. He was nice and reassuring. Kyle didn’t seem bothered at all by such a simple question. My brief interactions with both ladies at the front desk were fine. They seem to have their job down and work efficiently. They were also friendly, like Kyle. DH More
