Great Service We had received one recall item and when my husband arrived for the appointment the service dept. found a second recall item and wanted to do that o We had received one recall item and when my husband arrived for the appointment the service dept. found a second recall item and wanted to do that one also. He was non-patronizing, thorough and helpful with communicating the process of the test (even though I did it before) and what will happen if in fact my MDX falls within the guidelines for repair.
