One thing I don’t like the rule is I already spend over $1000 when i asked for car wash and he said there is a charge for $27 dollars. I know it wasn’t his fault. He just followed the company rules. Awesome!! Acura customer service is excellent. What I like is they provide shuttle ride using Lyft. But I recommend uber instead of lyft for shuttle ride becaus Acura customer service is excellent. My MDX needed a new transmission MY 2016 MDX was in need of a new transmission. It was covererd on the manufacturers warranty. The way this was all handled was a wonderful experience MY 2016 MDX was in need of a new transmission. It was covererd on the manufacturers warranty. The way this was all handled was a wonderful experience, other than the fact that I need a new transmission. The Staff was friendly and kept me apprised of delays. They were able to give me a loaner, which was fantastic since it took about two weeks for my car to be repaired. I loved the service from start to finish and my Car is back to being OUTSTANDING! I brought my MDX in to have the battery checked I brought my MDX in to have my battery checked after my battery failed over the weekend. I had to wait about 1 1/2 hours for inspection to be complete I brought my MDX in to have my battery checked after my battery failed over the weekend. I had to wait about 1 1/2 hours for inspection to be completed. I was taken by Lyft to Willows. My questions were all answered and I was satisfied with the explanation as to what caused the failure. The questions that the service person couldn't answer were answered by the technician that came out front to my car and talked to me and also showed my how to remove the shield over the top of the battery. More

We had paid for the sealer on the paint job and we had something land on the hood from a The service department was very friendly and very efficient. We had paid for the sealer on the paint job and we had something land on the hood from a bird. It left some marks in the paint they tried to buff it out and they couldn't. So they immediately sent it to a body shop and had it all repainted looks brand new just like the day we bought it. Only had to wait two days to get the car back. Thank you Tyler. More

I then went over to sales the same day and Least a 2019 Acura MDX I feel I should not have to pay for the maintenance on the 2016 Acura MDX. Please get back to me as soon as possible.
